Welcome back home. Welcome to a conference of love, leadership and legacy. This will be no ordinary experience. It provides intimacy and access to those we love and who share their wisdom. In fact, we spell WIMIN in an unusual way, because we took out the "O" for oppression and the "E" for envy. There are no DIVAS here, just sisters ready to love and share
 
WIMIN3 (Women In Ministry International) is a move of the Holy Spirit. It is a gathering of women in church leadership from all around the world who desire sharing, sisterhood and learning how to soar in their ministries. This year's theme is :SISTERS SOARING TO SUCCESS. We will focus on models of leadership, success and Vision casting in ministry, by those who are doing it, have done it and who will share with you some practical steps for implementation in your desired area of interest.
 
In year one, we gathered in Ft Lauderdale, Florida. Last year we were in Marina del Rey, California, and by popular demand, we return to sunny Florida or WIMIN3 in 2007 at the Marriott Beach Harbor Resort in Ft. Lauderdale, from SATURDAY, October 20th through TUESDAY evening, October 23rd 2007..
 
Women in Ministry International is an advocacy, mentoring , encouragement and where possible, placement movement for Black, Latina and Native American women, who want to sit at the feet of those progressive sisters and brothers who have been trailblazers, pioneers and mentors, and who are willing to share what they've learned along the way. The average presenter has more than 25 (twenty five ) years experience in leadership and is equipped to lead and prepare leaders for 2lst century ministry, and teach us the "rules and tools of the game"..
 
This is a 5 star conference at a 5 star resort, as we pray for your 5 star ministry. This is an investment in YOURSELF. Self-care is the first step towards launching and leaping into your new season.
